If you have lost any property within the terminal please email Whitsunday Coast Airport wca@wrc.qld.gov.au describing the property including the estimated day/time/location it was lost. Please note that the Whitsunday Coast Airport takes no responsibility for any property that may be lost and does not make any guarantee it will be found.
If your property is found, it will be the responsibility of the customer to provide a prepaid return package (suitable to fit the item); Whitsunday Coast Airport will securely store the property until this is received. Whitsunday Coast Airport will send the property in the prepaid return package provided as soon as practicable; if the prepaid return package is unsuitable the customer will be contacted. The customer acknowledges that the Whitsunday Coast Airport makes no warranty as to the condition of the property upon sending it, nor takes any responsibility for the property once sent.
Any enquiries regarding missing checked luggage or property left on an aircraft, please contact your airline directly to lodge a lost property report.
